Solution Architect
Demand for our services has increased dramatically and we need to recruit. Right now we are looking for a Solution Architect, someone who can help our customers to find optimal solutions with isMobile's system components.

If you have work experience implementing strategic business systems (SAP, IFS, Movex, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Siebel, etc.) that is a good start. If you have the desire and the ability to face challenges on a multinational (European) level, and do not mind traveling a lot, you stand a good chance to move from being a Business Consultant to becoming a Solution Architect within our organization. You should have no problem communicating in English, and preferably one additional European language at your disposal. Your responsiveness and ability to establish new connections allow you to quickly assess the customer's needs.
We seek a highly motivated individual to be responsible for requirement analysis and the design of project implementations of isMobile's workforce management software. Our ideal candidate has experience in crafting solutions on Enterprise level, where multiple enterprise applications are involved.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for the blueprint of the solution, and because of this, excellent technical and communication skills are required. The blueprint has to be accepted by both customer and developers. Experience with the creation of architectures and detailed design documents for other package-based software system is a must.
isMobile is working with customers all over Europe and the candidate has to be prepared to travel approximately 50% of his or her working time.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Take lead in the process of converting requirements into architecture
- Take ownership of a particular solution for a project implementation of a work force management solution
- Provide overall functional architectures for assigned project implementations
- Communicate the architecture and create consensus and understanding
- Create a set of architecture and design documents that are used to create the solution
- Act as a solution owner for all detailed solutions in the project
- Communicate the solution to the customer
- Consult with other isMobile resources as necessary to meet customer demands and quality standards
We prefer that you reside in Luleå or its vicinity so that you can work closely with your colleagues when you are not traveling.
