gasNatural
gasNatural is one of the largest utility companies in South Region Europe. gasNatural selects IBM and isMobile to deliver real-time mobile work force solution for field forces in Spain. The joint solution is based on isMobile's Blå Coordinator together with middleware and services from IBM. The resulting solution increases field force productivity and service delivery through real time wireless communications associated with powerful and scalable mobile workforce (job allocation, scheduling and optimization) capabilities.
Vodafone
Vodafone Sweden has licensed Blå and launched the Business Service Vodafone Dispatcher on the Swedish market. The service is focused towards enterprises and organisations with mobile workforces that have a need to communicate using mobile phones without disrupting the workforce on the field. Vodafone Dispatcher uses SMS and positioning services to give the customer an easy-to-use and quick-to-start service. The positive feedback from end-users, end-customers and Vodafone salespeople is strong and indicates a successful service.
Swedish Municipalities
More than 15 municipalities across Sweden, including Avesta, Umeå, Upplands Väsby and Danderyd make use of the Blå Optimizer. They have installed TES, a system for managing the care of the elderly, developed and marketed by our partner STT System. The TES system incorporates Blå Optimizer for both the weekly and daily assignments to be carried out. The optimal planning of schedules takes into consideration the needs of the elderly, the competence of the personnel, schedules, breaks, holidays, way of travel, distance etc. From this optimization each co-worker gets his daily schedule, including all assignments and his route on a map.
NCC
NCC, a large Swedish construction company wanted to standardize work processes to achieve higher efficiency and improved coordination among different units in the company. They also wanted to provide free access to the status of their projects to keep both management and customers better informed. The Blå Coordinator solution integrates seamlessly with their existing system and made it possible for work teams to collaborate more efficiently. With the new system in place, team members can create and send work orders directly, dispatch work orders to the field and report project completions. Through use of the solution, the construction company achieved higher efficiency and improved control over the work process.
