Powerful mobile support
The mobile worker can view information about service orders/service objects, accept or reject service orders and manage service order status and reporting. Reporting time, spares, consumables and other costs can be performed. Blå Pocket for PDAs, and Smartphones or Blå Dashboard for PCs and Tablet computers ensures that field personnel can use the most effective and economic tools when handling service orders. The mobile worker can access information about customers, customers, article register, inventory status, maps and CAD drawings. This can either be part of the service order and/or stored on the mobile device.
Rule Based Definition of Work Process and flexible reports
This enables rapid adoption of work processes in accordance to the structure, operations and strategy of the business. Reports are fully customisable and can be connected to steps in the work processes.
Multiple teams
The Blå Coordinator server supports multiple groups of service teams. The focus of Blå Coordinator is to provide coordination for a service team consisting of several service technicians and one or more dispatchers. A group this size typically uses one instance of Blå Coordinator in order to perform service execution on a given work order or task. A group can be a separate company or one division of a larger company. Each instance of Blå Coordinator can use a separate workflow.
