New Head of Service Management

We are happy to introduce Bo Hedemalm, our newly recruited head of service management. Bo will take the lead in our continuous work of helping our existing customers to get the best out of our product. This is done by combining our understanding of our customers needs with established processes for product- and customer application maintenance with best practices like ITIL. Simply put, Bosse will work full heart for top class customer satisfaction!

Bo has more than 30 years of experience of international IT development and maintenance. He’s educated in ITIL, certified SAFe SPC consultant and certified Scrum master. Bo is a senior project manager and service manager, proven in many large scaled customer projects, within Sweden but also in Taiwan, China, India, Nigeria and Germany. He has also acted as agile coach for many years.
