WHO are you?
Well, I am a former basketball player and I like sports, fishing and cooking. Prior to isMobile, I have worked as a consultant for 18 years and 5 years at a product company.
WHAT do you do at isMobile?
I work as a system engineer in the "core" team with everything from databases, architecture and development of isMobile's products. It is a broad role and in short, you can say that I help where I can and is needed.
WHY did you choose isMobile?
When I last worked on a product company, I worked together with isMobile for a common customer in New Zeeland. I kind of knew what I was getting in to and I really enjoy being challenged in many ways and allowed to use my full capacity every day.

WHO are you?
I was born in Överkalix but I’ve lived in Luleå since I was 15. I love being outdoor – skiing, running, walking or whatever that includes movement. I have a husband, 2 daughters and a pug. Before I started at isMobile, I worked for 7 years as a requirements analyst at Tullverket. I have also worked at Metria AB, Avantra AB, Telia AB and Ericsson / Erisoft with a mix of project management, requirements analysis, and development on both the client and server-side.
WHAT do you do at isMobile?
I work as a project manager, which among other things means creating good conditions for others to do a good job, communicating about what, when, who, how with both customers and coworkers and also ensuring that the administrative work around a project is done.
WHY did you choose isMobile?
It is definitely exciting to be part of an expansive company and, for me, a new industry to grow within.

WHO are you?
I have just finished my Information Science studies at the Luleå University of Technology. This last semester I have been writing a thesis work with a classmate investigating how companies within the IT industry work to even out the gender balance and what impact these strategies have on employees and the work environment.
WHAT are you going to do at isMobile?
I will mainly work with front-end development which includes configuration and customization that is added to the product to suit customer requirements. I am just getting started so I will soon find out exactly what that means at isMobile. During my years at LTU, I enjoyed the project and programming courses most. I like problem-solving even if heavy, complicated algorithms are not my thing (yet). On the other hand, I can quite often quickly get an overall understanding of how to tackle a problem and break it down into smaller tasks.
WHY did you choose isMobile?
I worked here last summer with a project in test automation and really enjoyed it. I was surprised by the open atmosphere in the office and it was inspiring to experience how helpful everyone was. There was also a genuine interest from the others in the office regarding what we did in our project and when it became time to look for a job, I contacted isMobile. There was an opening and here I am.
