WHO’s Lukas?
I studied Marketing Management and International Business in the U.S. for four years and have since then worked in various Coordinator roles. However, in the spring of 2021 I decided to embark on a new career path as a Developer. What attracted me the most about working as a Developer was the problem-solving and creativity that goes into writing code. I grew up in Gnesta, one hour outside Stockholm, and moved to Luleå in 2021 with my girlfriend to be closer to our hobbies – skiing, nature, and fishing to name a few. Outside of work I have a very active lifestyle.
WHAT do you do at isMobile?
In my role as Software Developer, I analyse the underlying problems of bugs and other identified issues and produce solutions that meet the requirements of our customers. It’s a dynamic role that demands good problem-solving skills and creativity while close contact with our customers is encouraged.
WHY did you choose isMobile?
I´ve only been part of isMobile for a couple of months, but what’s most striking to me is the teamwork and willingness to help within the organisation. As a junior developer, I’m bound to have a lot of questions, and it feels comforting knowing that there’s always someone I can ask if I run into problems. Having this kind of support from my colleagues is great for my personal development, but it also makes it more fun to come to work.
Sebastian Fröberg

WHO’s Sebastian?
I grew up in Unbyn, a small village near Boden, and later I moved to Luleå for work and studies. I like to play the guitar, go skiing and hang out with friends and family. I was introduced to computers at a young age and have been interested in IT and tech ever since. At high school, I got to try programming for the first time, and it really caught my interest. After a few years of working at Telia, I decided to study Systems Sciences at Luleå University of Technology, which has given me a broad foundation regarding IT, and this is my first job after my studies.
WHAT do you do at isMobile?
At isMobile I work with the development of our own products and systems, which means that I get to work with both front-end and back-end. Now at first, I’ve been working on more basic problems, and I look forward to being able to contribute more and more as I get more experience and knowledge.
WHY did you choose isMobile?
I got a tip from one of my classmates from the university to apply for a job at isMobile, a company that had a very good reputation among the students. After the interviews I was offered a position as a Developer; it was an obvious choice to accept. Even though I had expectations I’ve been pleasantly surprised by all the competent colleagues and the prestigeless atmosphere. I look forward to continuing to develop in the industry with isMobile.
Wilma Davidson

WHO´s Wilma?
I love to read, play music and be involved in Tjejjouren, Luleå. I started at isMobile after my high school graduation. I was very eager to work at a company where I would be able to try working with IT in order to see if it is an area I want to work within in the future.
WHAT do you do at isMobile?
I work as a Tester which means that I am responsible for ensuring that the solutions we deliver to customers work as they should and that they meet the customer's requirements and expectations. Together with other developers and testers, I am part of a customer team where we work closely together and with the customer.
WHY did you choose isMobile?
I chose isMobile because it’s a company that develops its own product, which I find interesting. Then, of course, now I would also say that I chose isMobile because of all the wonderful colleagues.
André Öhrvall

WHO´s André?
I love nature, everything from hiking in the mountains to hunting and fishing. I also like to just take it easy and relax in our vacation home with a couple of friends or with my family. I've tried and worked with various jobs before, most recently as a process operator at industries such as SSAB and Hardtech, and before that as a customer service employee at Telia.
WHAT do you do at isMobile?
I work with front-end development, which means configuration and adaptation of the product according to the customer's needs. I’ve always liked problem solving and computers, which I hope will help me develop in my role.
WHY did you choose isMobile?
One of my friends who works here spoke very well about isMobile and its employees. He was also the one who advised me to apply for the job. Once in place, the warm welcome, how helpful everyone has been and also the genuine interest my coworkers have in their job have really impressed me.
Simon Andersson

WHO´s Simon?
I was born in Boden and have lived here in Luleå my whole life. Traveling and experiencing new cultures and seeing new places is one of my favourite hobbies. I’ve more or less always been interested in IT and technology. In high school, I began self-teaching programming and the development of different applications and games. In the past, I have developed websites, Android and IOS apps and other IT systems. A few years back I started developing my own PC games, something I still do.
WHAT do you do at isMobile?
I started just a few weeks ago and work as a system developer, primarily for Android. However, I will help where I can in other areas as well if needed.
WHY did you choose isMobile?
Not only did isMobile's products and ideas sound very interesting to me, but I was also intrigued by all the new challenges to overcome and the opportunities to learn at the same time as I can apply my current knowledge and expertise in existing projects. I would also like to highlight my new amazing and talented co-workers I get to work with as a big bonus.
