isMobile becomes framework agreement supplier to Sinfra in business systems

isMobile has become one of eight framework agreement suppliers to Sinfra within business systems for electricity, district heating/cooling and gas. The award opens up new opportunities for Sinfra's members to use isMobile Coordinator to digitize and coordinate processes in network and facility management, operations, maintenance, planning and field work.

The framework agreement covers business systems for management, documentation, operation, maintenance, analysis, planning, monitoring and management of networks and associated facilities linked to geographic information.

A cohesive support service

isMobile Coordinator is a configurable business system for the operation, maintenance and operational management of networks and facilities.

The Coordinator links together plant information, cases, work orders, resources, planning, documentation and fieldwork in common digital processes. It creates a cohesive workflow from identified needs and planned measures to execution, reporting and follow-up.

The solution supports both administrative work and mobile work in the field and can be used for e.g. work order management, maintenance planning, supervision, inspections, resource planning and business follow-up.

At the same time, the coordinator can collaborate with existing GIS, NIS, EAM and other business systems through integrations. In this way, information from different systems can be used in operational processes and made available where the work is planned, carried out, and followed up.

"Becoming a framework agreement supplier to Sinfra is an important step in our continued investment in the energy and infrastructure sector. Coordinator is developed for businesses that need to keep together plant information, work orders, planning and field work in common processes. We look forward to working with Sinfra's members to enable more efficient and coherent working methods for operation and maintenance," says Jonas Ljungdahl, Senior Business Development Manager, isMobile.

New opportunities in energy and societal infrastructure

The framework agreement gives isMobile the opportunity to meet more businesses in electricity, district heating/cooling and gas and, together with Sinfra's members, identify how business systems can contribute to more efficient operation, maintenance and management.

For isMobile, the award also means an opportunity to build on experience from existing deliveries in the energy and community infrastructure sector and make Coordinator an even stronger platform for digitalization of critical operational processes.
