isMobile AB has been awarded and has signed an agreement for the procurement "System support for meter replacements and component registers" with Mälarenergi Elnät AB.

The solution

The assignment includes a modern, cloud-based system support that streamlines the entire process of meter replacement and component management – from planning and work orders to field execution and follow-up. The solution includes, among other things, map support for facilities and component registers with history, the creation and assignment of work orders to technicians, and a customer booking portal. The procurement also provides the opportunity to call off additional functions, such as options.
